Existential Sustainability: A Structural Approach to Anti-Extractive Tourism

A 19-year operating study, published with a DOI and open to scrutiny, documenting how a small-group tour operator retains more than 70% of guest spending inside the communities it works in. It sets out the three structural mechanics behind that number: zero commissions, hard volume caps, and only locally-owned family partners.
